摘要
建立了采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸消解铜多金属矿石样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铜、铅、锌、铁、锰、钼6种元素的方法。通过优化仪器分析条件,稀释样品、样品基体情况等选择待测元素的检测波长,降低光谱干扰及非光谱干扰,探索了四酸、王水在微波消解罐与敞口坩埚的消解效果,以及四酸消解温度时间、样品取样量对消解效果的影响。实验结果表明,此方法具有测定范围宽、准确性好、灵敏度高、重现性好且易于操作等诸多优点,可满足铜多金属矿石中多金属元素的定量要求。
A method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Zn,Fe,Mn,Mo by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was established.By optimizing the instrumental analysis conditions and selecting the detection wavelength of the elements to be measured to reduce spectral interference and non-spectral interference,the digestion effects of tetracic acid and aqua regia in the microwave digestion tank and open crucible,as well as the influences of the digestion temperature time and sample size of tetracic acid on the digestion effect were explored.The experimental results show that this method has many advantages,such as wide range,good accuracy,high sensitivity,good reproducibility and easy operation,and can meet the quantitative requirements of polymetallic elements in copper polymetallic ores.
