不同混合煤气配比方式对加热炉热效率影响的理论与实验研究

摘要 针对不同类型煤气掺混供应对热轧加热炉燃烧热效率的影响进行理论分析和试验研究。根据理论分析结果,形成优化燃烧实验方案,指导加热炉和煤气加压站进行煤气配比方式的调整试验。实验结果与理论分析结果基本对应,降低高炉煤气掺混比例后,加热炉燃耗有较为明显的下降,且加热稳定性更好,总体取得较好的经济效益。 The effect of different gas mixing supply on the combustion efficiency of the rolling heating furnace is analyzed by theoretically and experimentally.According to the theoretical analysis results,an optimized combustion experiment plan was formed to guide the adjustment test of gas mixing between the rolling heating furnace and gas pressure station.The experimental results are basically corresponding to the theoretical analysis results.After reducing the mixing ratio of blast furnace gas,the fuel consumption of the rolling heating furnace is obviously reduced,and the heating stability is better.On the whole,good economic benefits have been achieved.
