摘要 白血病是一类造血干祖细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,由于其细胞自我更新能力增强,增殖失控、分化障碍、凋亡受阻,使正常造血受抑,同时浸润其他组织和器官,从而形成血液系统恶性肿瘤。自1969年Rosenberg发现顺铂(cisplatin)具有抗肿瘤活性以来,人们便开始探索金属基抗癌药物的潜力,重金属及其化合物的抗肿瘤活性便引起了人们的注意。本文主要综述铂、砷及汞等十三种金属的抗肿瘤活性。 Leukemia is a kind of malignant hematopoietic stem progenitor cell clone disease,because of its cell self-renewal ability enhancement,proliferation out of control,differentiation disorder,apoptosis blocked,so that the normal hematopoietic is inhibited,while infiltrating other tissues and organs,thus forming malignant tumors of the blood system.The anti-tumor activity of heavy metals and their compounds has attracted attention since 1969,when the potential of metal-based anti-cancer drugs was explored for the anti-tumor activity of the Rosenberg found out cisplatin.The anti-tumor activities of 13 metals including platinum,arsenic and mercury were reviewed.
