男性乳腺癌治疗的研究进展

Research progress in the treatment of male breast cancer

男性乳腺癌临床上少见,但近年来呈逐年上升趋势。由于男性乳腺癌缺乏前瞻性临床研究,其治疗主要参照绝经后女性乳腺癌。但男性乳腺癌的发病年龄更晚,确诊时临床分期更晚,预后更差,且生物学特性与女性也有一定差异。本文就男性乳腺癌危险因素、临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后等方面的最新研究进展作一综述。

Male breast cancer is rare in clinic,but it has been on the rise in recent years.Due to the lack of prospective clinical studies,the treatment of male breast cancer is mainly based on postmenopausal female breast cancer.However,the average age of male breast cancer is older than female.The clinical stage is later,and the prognosis is worse.The biological characteristics are also different.This paper reviews the latest research progress on risk factors,clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of male breast cancer.
