带热障涂层固体发动机快烤特性有限元仿真 被引量:1

Finite Element Simulation of Fast Cook-off Test Characteristics of Solid Engine with Thermal Barrier Coating

摘要 建立了发动机三维瞬态圆柱坐标的传热数学计算模型和发动机有限元仿真计算模型,通过导入快烤实验温度场数据,将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比分析,验证仿真模型的正确性;在药柱表面建立路径,记录每个时间点药柱不同位置的温度数据,并确定温度首先达到550℃的危险点在药柱前端边缘处,得出涂层对危险点的延迟时间为343.34 s;通过模拟5℃/s和10℃/s 2种不同升温速率的快速烤燃条件,对无涂层的对照组发动机和有涂层的发动机进行烤燃模拟,结果发现,升温速率为5℃/s时,延迟时间为182 s,升温速率为10℃/s时,延迟时间为191 s,延迟时间随升温速率的增大而增加,但总点火时间缩短。 The heat transfer mathematical calculation model of the engine’s three-dimensional transient cylindrical coordi⁃nates and the engine finite element simulation calculation model are established.By introducing a cook-off test tempera⁃ture field data,the simulation results and the test results are compared and analyzed,the correctness of the simulation mod⁃el is verified;a path on the propellant surface is established to record the temperature data at different positions of the pro⁃pellant at each time point,and it is determined that the dangerous point where the temperature reaches 550℃first is the edge of the front end of the propellant,and the delay time of the coating reaches the ignition point is 343.34 s;by simulat⁃ing the firing conditions at different heating rates of 5℃/s and 10℃/s,the control group and the coating group are simu⁃lated for fast cook-off test.It was found that the delay time is 182 s at heating rate of 5℃/s and 191 s at heating rate of 10℃/s,the delay time increases with the increase of the heating rate,but the total ignition time is shortened.
