摘要
以某燃煤火电厂尿素水解制氨系统改造项目为例,说明燃煤火电厂SCR脱硝还原剂采用尿素与采用液氨相比存在的优势,并分析尿素水解制氨系统主要安全风险,提出安全风险防控措施,为燃煤火电厂尿素水解制氨代替液氨脱硝,消除危险化学品重大危险源和加强安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the transformation project of urea hydrolysis ammonia production system in a coal-fired power plant as an example,this paper illustrates the advantages of hydrolytic ammonia production with urea as SCR denitration reducing agent in contrast to use of liquid ammonia,analyzes the main safety risks in urea hydrolysis ammonia production system,thereby presents the safety risk control measures,which may provide references for the replacement of liquid ammonia with urea hydrolysis denitration in the coal-fired power plant,and the elimination of major hazardous chemical risks,and the strengthening of safety management.
