摘要
为了研究退火工艺对低合金高强钢力学性能的影响,在连续退火条件下对X410LA进行了模拟试验和工业试验。采用连续退火模拟试验机模拟连退生产工艺,研究了退火温度对低合金高强钢X410LA力学性能的影响,获得了不同强度要求的试验钢。在实际生产过程中,研究了不同均热温度、过时效温度下低合金高强钢X410LA的力学性能变化情况。
In order to study the effects of annealing process on the mechanical properties of high strength low alloy steel,simulation test and industrial test were carried out upon X410LA steel under the condition of continuous annealing.Continuous annealing simulator was used to simulate continuous annealing process,and the effects of annealing temperature on the mechanical properties of high strength low alloy steel X410LA were studied.Steels with different strength requirements were obtained through the experiment.During actual production process,the changes of mechanical properties of high strength low alloy steel X410LA under different soaking temperature and overaging temperature were studied.
