摘要 太钢南区在生产超纯铁素体不锈钢过程中出现自开率低问题,严重影响了铸坯成材率和生产顺行,针对该问题采取现场调研和数据分析,通过对炼钢过程时间、出钢温度、钢液流动性的研究,厘清了自开率低主要原因:过程时间过长、出钢温度高、引流剂与工艺匹配性存在问题,通过采取优化钢包调度和钢种计划安排、控制出钢温度和优化引流剂产品性能,有效解决了超纯铁素体不锈钢钢包自开率低的问题。 During the production of ultra pure ferritic stainless steel in the south area of TISCO,the problem of low free-opening rate seriously affected the billet yield and continuous production.To solve this problem,field investigation and data analysis were conducted.After the study on steelmaking process time,tapping temperature and molten steel fluidity,the main reasons for low free-opening rate were discovered.The main reasons were long process time,high tapping temperature and low compatibility between drainage agent and process.Through optimizing ladle and steel grade schedule,controlling tapping temperature and optimizing product properties of drainage agent,the problem of low free-opening rate of ultra pure ferritic stainless steel ladle was effectively solved.
