摘要
以路面振动为主要激励源,研究路面噪声对乘用车车内噪声的影响。应用OTPA方法建立路面、车轮、悬架、车身、驾驶室的36条振声传递路径模型。采用奇异值分解法对振动输入信号进行处理,通过将模型计算拟合出的噪声输出信号与实测噪声输出信号进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。对合成信号进行贡献量分析,结合具体路径的传递函数和振动输入信号,获得车内噪声频域下峰值的主要来源。
Road vibration is used as the main excitation source to study the impact of road noise on passenger car interior noise.The OTPA method is used to establish 36 vibration and sound transmission path models of road surface,wheels,suspension,body,and cab.The SVD method is used to process the vibration input signal,and the correctness of the model is verified by comparing the noise output signal fitted by the model calculation with the measured noise output signal.The main source of the peak value in the frequency domain of interior noise is obtained by analyzing the contribution of the synthesized signal and combining the transfer function of the specific path and the vibration input signal.
