基于正交设计的双层药型罩多参数结构优化

摘要 为研究双层药型罩结构优化问题,以正交设计方法分析了双层药型罩多结构参数对其侵彻性能的影响。选取药型罩锥角、壁厚、装药高度、材料以及两层罩厚度比值作为正交设计的因素,以侵彻深度作为评价指标。通过分析各因素对指标的影响,探究各因素的影响规律及确定双层药型罩的最佳结构。结果表明:因素对侵彻深度的影响程度,从大到小排列顺序为:材料m>壁厚n>厚度比ω>锥角α>装药高度h。在实验范围内,双层药型罩外层材料为Al,内层材料为Cu;壁厚为1.6mm;双层壁厚的厚度比为3∶1;锥角为60°;装药高度75mm时,其形成的射流具有最佳的侵彻深度。 In order to study the structural optimization of double-layer liners,the influence of multiple structural parameters of double-layer liners on their penetration performance was analyzed by orthogonal design method.Shaped liner cone angle,liner thickness,charge height,material and thickness ratio of two liners are selected as factors for orthogonal design.The penetration depth was taken as the evaluation index.By analyzing the influence of each factor on the index,the influencing rule of each factor was explored,and the optimal structure of the double-layer drug mask was determined.The results showed that the degree of influence of factors on penetration depth from the most to the least in order was material m,wall thickness n,thickness ratio,cone Angle charging height h.In the experimental range of the double-layer liner,the outer layer is made of Al and the inner layer is made of Cu;the liner thickness is 1.6 mm;the thickness ratio of the double-liner thickness is 3∶1;the cone angle is 60°and the charge height is 75 mm,the jet formed has the best penetration depth.
