后疫情时代对高校继续教育的创新发展提出了新的挑战。针对疫情期间存在的在线教学体系不成熟、在线课程供给不充分、管理体制机制不健全等不足,高校继续教育要提高识变应变能力,主动化危、守正创新。通过紧扣学生和市场需求,增强高校继续教育供给能力;优化在线课程体系,推进高校继续教育教学改革;创新管理体制机制,推进高校继续教育质量革命。坚持全面深化教育改革,盘活高校继续教育创新发展活力,为筑牢终身教育服务体系提供坚实力量。

The post-epidemic era poses new challenges to the innovation and development of continuing education in colleges and universities.In response to problems including the immature online teaching system,insufficient supply of online courses,and less-developed management mechanisms during the epidemic,colleges and universities should improve the ability to recognize and adapt to changes.They need to take the initiative to convert the crisis,remain vigilant and innovative,and increase the supply capacity of continuing education by closely catering to the needs of students and the market.Colleges and universities should also optimize the online course systems,promote the teaching reform of continuing education and innovate the management systems and mechanisms to improve the quality of continuing education.We need to adhere to deepening the education reform comprehensively,so as to vitalize the innovative development of continuing education in colleges and universities,and provide a solid strength for building a strong life-long education service system.
