在人工智能时代,基于新兴技术的职业教育变革势在必行,这既是人工智能时代发展内在要求,也是经济社会发展重要保障,还是职业教育智慧化的必然选择。当前,职业教育发展面临诸多机遇和挑战,得益于国家政策支持、经济新形态发展和人工智能技术赋能,职业教育迎来了发展新机遇。而职业教育理念更新缓慢、职业教育市场需求弹性不足、职业教育办学模式革新滞后和职业教育资源投入不够,职业教育也面临不小的挑战。基于职业教育发展新态势,职业院校要从转变职业教育发展理念、变革人才培养方式、加快教育智慧化步伐、扩大教育资源投入等方面,探究职业教育的变革与发展的新路径。

In the era of artificial intelligence,vocational education reform based on emerging technologies is imperative,which is the inherent requirement of the development of artificial intelligence era,an important guarantee for economic and social development,and an inevitable choice made by smart vocational education.At present,the development of vocational education is facing many opportunities and challenges.Thanks to the support of national policies,the development of new economic forms and the empowerment of artificial intelligence technology,vocational education has ushered in new opportunities for development.However,vocational education faces many challenges because of the slow innovation of vocational education concept,the insufficient elasticity of vocational education market demand,the lagging innovation of vocational education mode and the insufficient investment of vocational education resources.Based on the new situation of the development of vocational education,vocational colleges should explore the new path of the reform and development of vocational education from the aspects of changing the development concept of vocational education,changing the mode of personnel training,accelerating the pace of education wisdom,and expanding the investment of educational resources.
