高校大学生就业能力培养与就业指导举措

Cultivation of College Students’Employability and Measures for Employment Guidance

本文根据黑龙江大学档案专业的教学实践,对影响大学生就业的能力进行了论述,并提出了获得这些能力的具体做法。对高校在大学生的职业规划、端正择业态度、应聘能力培养等工作提出了具体举措,高校要把提高大学生就业能力贯彻于整个教学计划和课堂教学中,各级政府和高校学生就业管理部门,要做好学生的就业服务工作,大学生也要主动提高自身就业和求职能力,根据自己的职业取向和专业水平等各方向因素,找到适合自己的工作,为祖国繁荣富强作出贡献,为党和人民建功立业。

According to the teaching practice of archives major in Heilongjiang University,this paper discusses the ability of college students to obtain employment,and puts forward the concrete methods to help them obtain these abilities.This paper puts forward specific measures for college students'career planning,correct attitude towards job selection and cultivation of their ability to apply for jobs.Colleges and universities should implement the improvement of College Students'employability in the whole teaching plan and classroom teaching.Governments at all levels and college students'employment management departments should do a good job in students'employment service,and college students should also take the initiative to improve their employment and job hunting ability,their professional orientation and professional level and other factors,to find their own work,to make their own contribution to the prosperity of the motherland,and to contribute to the party and the people.
