摘要
新常态下企业社会工作既是企业转型发展、国家经济社会稳定的重要"助力器",也是新时代助力工作世界中的人实现对美好生活向往的重要力量。通过混合方法研究发现其人才培养暂未被视为独立人才系统进行培养,大学、企业、政府等三方培养主体都存在缺位现象。基于"三螺旋模型"构建新型企业社会工作人才培养模式。政府应在政策支持、制度保障、体系监督方面提供支持;大学应深化人才培养体系改革;企业应搭建多元合作平台;政校企应合力实施企业社会工作人才专项培养计划,政府、企业、大学等三方协同作战,形成螺旋交叠、持续互动非线性螺旋形的创新人才培养模式。
Under the new normal,the social work is an important“booster”for the transformation and development of enterprises and the stability of national economy and society,and it is also an important force for people in the new era to realize their aspiration for a better life.However,it is found that the personnel training is not regarded as an independent talent system,and the university,the enterprise and the government are all absent in it.A new mode of training of social work personnel should be constructed in enterprises based on the triple helix model.The government should provide support in the areas of policy support,system guarantee and system supervision.Universities should deepen the reform of the personnel training system.Enterprises should build multi-cooperation platforms.The government,universities and enterprises should make joint effort to implement the special training program for social work personnel in enterprises,and work together to form a spirl overlapping,continuous interaction and non-linear spiral pattern of innovative personnel training.
