摘要
自2016年开始实施全日制与非全日制研究生招考并轨政策以来,非全日制专业硕士研究生教育培养已成为非全日制研究生教育的主流。探讨了基于新政策实施三年以来非全日制专业硕士研究生在招生、培养和就业等方面存在的问题,对如何进一步做好非全日制专业硕士研究生教育提出了包括严格实行非脱产学习的人员才能报考、禁止全日制和非全日制之间相互调剂、制订专门的培养方案、实施精细化管理、强化非全日制专业硕士研究生的就业权益保护等建议。
Since the implementation of the merger policy of full-time and part-time postgraduate entrance examinations in 2016,part-time professional postgraduate education has become the mainstream of part-time postgraduate education.This paper discusses the enrollment,training and employment problems of part-time professional postgraduate students based on the implementation of the new policy three years ago,and makes a proposal regarding how to further improve the part-time professional postgraduate education including strict implementation of non-full-time study.In the proposal the following aspects are recommended:restriction of non-full-time personal applying for the examination,which should be strictly implemented,prohibition of mutual adjustments between full-time and part-time students,formulation of special training programs,implementation of refined management,and strengthening of the employment rights protection of part-time professional postgraduate students.
