高迁移率族蛋白B1在儿科疾病中的研究进展

摘要 高迁移率族蛋白B1(High mobility group protein box 1,HMGB1)是一种多功能核内蛋白,在所有哺乳动物细胞中广泛表达,可调节DNA复制和基因转录,参与细胞自噬反应。释放在胞外的HMGB1可参与炎症反应和免疫应答。研究发现,HMGB1与许多儿科疾病的发生发展有关。本文将对近年来HMGB1在感染性疾病、恶性肿瘤、缺氧缺血性疾病、神经系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病等儿科疾病中的研究进展进行综述。 High mobility group protein box 1(HMGB1)is a multifunctional protein localized in the nuclear.It is widely expressed in mammalian cells,and functions as a transcriptional factor to regulate the DNA replication and genes translation.It is also involved in the autophagy pathway,as well as some inflammatory and immune responses.Recently,evidences showed that,the expression of HMGB1 was also related to some pediatric diseases.This article reviews the research progress of the roles of HMGB1 in infectious diseases,malignant tumors,hypoxic-ischemic diseases,nervous system diseases and autoimmune diseases in pediatric.
