摘要
盐胁迫是影响植物生长、破坏植物渗透平衡的非生物胁迫之一,也是导致土壤盐碱化的关键因素之一.较低浓度的盐胁迫可以促进大白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长,过高则会对其产生抑制作用.为提高大白菜的盐耐受能力,对盐胁迫下的大白菜进行外源钙、水杨酸、超重力等不同作用处理,发现白菜的盐耐受性明显提高,同时还促进了大白菜种子萌发以及幼苗生长.从盐胁迫对大白菜生长发育的影响进行综述,以期为大白菜后续的盐胁迫研究提供帮助.
Salt stress is one of the abiotic stresses that affect plant growth and destroy plant osmotic balance,and it is also one of the key factors that lead to soil salinization.The lower concentration of salt stress can promote seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage,while the higher concentration of salt stress can inhibit it.In order to improve the salt tolerance of Chinese cabbage,it was found that the salt tolerance of Chinese cabbage was significantly improved,when Chinese cabbage was treated with exogenous calcium,salicylic acid and supergravity under salt stress,and it also promoted the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds and the growth of seedlings.The effects of salt stress on the growth and development of Chinese cabbage were reviewed in order to provide help for the subsequent study of salt stress in Chinese cabbage.
