摘要
针对地下管线错综复杂,不易管理而造成的能源浪费现状,提出一种基于虚拟现实的监测方法,在天津大学卫津路校区进行现场试验。利用现有图纸和测绘数据建立三维模型,通过物联网与算法分析,实现水、电、气、暖地下管线的直观管理,并在供水漏损时自动报警提高维修效率,分析研究了过程的有效性。结果表明,供水节能率达到20%,该方法为地下管线维修维护提供详细准确的数据支持,具备准确的预警信息,减少管线爆裂和漏损事件,大幅提高管理效率。从研究过程可以得出,本方法对于其他类似的复杂空间地下管线监测具有通用性和工程实用价值。
Aiming at the current situation of energy waste caused by complex and difficult management of underground pipelines,a monitoring method based on virtual reality is proposed,which is tested in Weijin Road Campus of Tianjin University.Using the existing drawings and mapping data to establish a three-dimensional model,through the Internet of things and algorithm analysis,realize the intuitive management of water,electricity,gas and warm underground pipelines,and automatically alarm when the water supply leakage,improve the maintenance efficiency,analyze and study the effectiveness of the process.The results show that the energy-saving rate of water supply reaches 20%.This method provides detailed and accurate data support for underground pipeline maintenance,with accurate early warning information,reduces pipeline burst and leakage events,and greatly improves management efficiency.It can be concluded from the research process that this method has universality and engineering practical value for other similar complex space underground pipeline monitoring.
