大型铝合金筒节轧制过程圆度控制及影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对大型6061铝合金筒节轧制过程中的圆度变化机理和影响因素进行了研究。首先在Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机上进行热模拟实验,获得6061铝合金材料的真应力-真应变曲线。其次基于有限元方法建立了大型6061铝合金筒节轧制过程模型,通过与自建模型计算结果和模拟实验结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的可靠性。然后基于有限元模型分析了固定导向、定向导向和圆弧导向3种不同控制模式下铝合金筒节的圆度误差,结果表明定向导向辊控制方式效果最佳;分析了轧制速度、轧制温度和轧辊偏心距对筒节圆度误差的影响,结果表明:随着转速增大,筒节圆度误差逐渐增大;温度对筒节的圆度误差影响不大;偏心距调整对整个筒节轧制过程的圆度误差控制效果一般,但轧制过程中对筒节的不同位置,通过在线调节轧辊偏心距可以达到实时调节筒节圆度的目的。 The roundness control mechanism and the influence factors of the large 6061 aluminum alloy cylinder in the rolling process are studied in this paper.A thermal mechanical experiment is carried out using the Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine,and the true stress true strain curve of 6061 aluminum alloy is obtained.A model of large 6061 aluminum alloy cylinder rolling process is built using the finite element method.The reliability of the FEM model is verified by comparing the calculation results with the experimental results.The roundness errors of aluminum alloy cylinder using three different control methods are analyzed based on the finite element model.The roundness errors are fixed guiding,directional guiding and arc guiding.The simulation results show that the directional guiding is the best.Finally,the influences of rolling speed,temperature and eccentric distance on cylinder roundness are analyzed.The results show that 1.the roundness error of cylinder is in direct proportion to the rolling speed;2.the rolling temperature has little effect on the roundness error;3.the eccentric distance adjustment has little effect on the roundness error control during the whole rolling process,but the eccentric distance adjustment online within different parts of cylinder can help a lot in achieving the purpose of adjusting cylinder roundness.
