摘要
根据保山学院实施的“国培计划”县级教师培训团队置换脱产研修项目,采用问卷的形式对学员返岗后跟踪调查,总结项目实施经验的同时,分析项目实施存在问题,探讨了对策,更有力的推进“国培计划”。
According to the"National Training Plan"implemented by Baoshan College,the county-level teacher training team re⁃placement out of production training project,the questionnaire form is used to track and investigate the trainees after returning to work,summarize the intended experience of project implementation,analyze the existing problems in project implementation,explore the countermeasures,and more effectively promote the"national training plan".
