欧洲篮球后备人才俱乐部培养模式研究

Research on Reserved Talents Training Mode in European Basketball Clubs

主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对欧洲青少年篮球培养模式、培养理念和竞赛制度等方面进行解析与概述,探究欧洲篮球强国青少年后备人才培养模式。研究认为:欧洲“社会化”联邦式俱乐部培养层级深厚,篮球生态可持续性强,注重球员的篮球智商和团队意识,以及技术的全面性,有利于球员的长远和全面发展。

This paper mainly use literature and logical analysis methods to analyze and summarize the European youth basketball training mode,training concept and competition system.It also explores the training model of youth reserved talents in European basketball powerhouses.According to the research,European“socialized”federal clubs have deep training levels,strong basketball ecological sustainability,and focus on players’basketball IQ and team awareness,as well as the comprehensiveness of technology,which is conducive to the long-term and comprehensive development of players.
