举国体制下青少年人才培养现状研究——以茂名市体育运动学校为例

Research on the Present Situation of Youth Talent Training under the National System--Take Maoming Sports School as An Example

举国体制下三级训练模式,地方体育运动学校为我国竞技体育培养了大批人才,在国际赛事上争金夺银,为国争光。然而,随着我国实施计划生育基本国策以来,体育竞技人才培养模式弊端日益明显,开拓结合我国国情的体育竞技人才培养模式势在必行。结合地方运动学校的人才培养的实况进行研究,提出意见与建议,以期为我国竞技体育人才培养模式寻求解决方案,为体育竞技人才培养创新模式提供参考依据。

The three-level training mode under the national system has trained a large number of sports talents for our country and made outstanding contributions for sports powerhouse.However,since China’s basic national policy of family planning,the drawbacks of this training mode for sports talents have become increasingly obvious.It is imperative to develop a training mode for sports talents fully considering China’s national conditions.Based on the actual situation of talent cultivation in local sports schools,this paper makes a study in order to find a solution for the training mode of competitive sports talents in China and provide a reference basis for the innovative training mode of competitive sports talents.
