Research on Supply-demand and Sharing of College Sports Resources in Jiangsu Province

以江苏高校体育资源供需与共享现状为切入点,采用文献资料法等分析江苏高校健身服务人员和健身场馆供需与共享的相关问题。主要结论:江苏高校体育的优质资源(场馆和人员)没有得到有效利用,供需矛盾突出;缺乏有效的体育资源共享通道。建议:“细化”政策与执行,加大高校体育资源的社会化、公司化、公益化;建立和完善信息化平台,促进体育资源共享及整合。

Based on the current situation of supply,demand and sharing of college sports resources in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the supply,demand and sharing of college fitness service personnel and venues in Jiangsu Province.The main conclusions are as follows:the high-quality sports resources(venues and personnel)are not used effectively,and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.Suggestions:“specify”policy and implementation,increase the socialization of college sports resources,corporate,public welfare;as well as establish and improve information platform to promote the sharing and integration of sports resources.
