摘要
功能性力量,包括核心力量训练、振动训练和悬吊训练,其主旨是发展人体灵敏、协调及平衡能力,更为关注人体在运动中整体力量的运用效果,适合学校体育课程中青少年学生的学习锻炼;对普通高中学校高一年级学生为期10周的教学实验表明,功能性力量练习对于学生身体素质、整体协调性及对体育课程兴趣有着良好的促进作用。因此,在目前省内中小学体育课程中增加功能性力量练习内容,提高学生身体素质达到国家体质测试标准具有良好的现实意义。
Functional strength,including core strength training,vibration training and suspension training,aims at developing the human body’s agility,coordination and balance ability,which focuses on the overall use of the whole-body strength,and is suitable for young students in school physical education.A 10-week teaching experiment for high school freshmen shows that,functional strength exercise has a good promoting effect on students’physical quality,overall coordination and interest in sports.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to increase the content of functional strength training and improve students’physical fitness to meet the national physical fitness test standard.
