摘要
研究目的:运动对于改善中老年抑郁水平的效果分析;研究方法:采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析;研究结果:Meta分析显示运动在治疗中老年抑郁症效果显著,亚组分析结果得出:12周以上运动周期效果优于12周以下;中等强度运动干预效果最佳;社区环境的运动干预好于封闭环境;研究结论:1)运动对于降低中老年抑郁水平具有显著效果;2)12周以上中等强度运动改善中老年抑郁症状效果最好;3)开放性环境(社区)的运动干预优于封闭性环境(精神病院)。
Objective:to analyze the effect of exercise on improving depression level of middle-aged and elderly people.Methods:Meta-analysis is carried out by RevMan5.3;Results:Meta-analysis shows that exercise is effective in the treatment of depression in middle-aged and elderly people.Subgroup analysis shows that the effect of exercise cycle above 12 weeks is better than that below 12 weeks;moderate intensity exercise has the best intervention effect;and ports intervention in community environment is better than that in closed environment.Conclusions:1)Exercise has a significant effect on reducing depression level of middle-aged and elderly people;2)Moderate intensity exercise for more than 12 weeks has the best effect on improving depression symptoms of middle-aged and elderly people;3)Exercise intervention in open environment(community)is better than that in closed environment(mental hospital).
