中国足球归化现象之思考

Consideration on the Naturalization of Chinese Football

本文件采用文献资料、数学统计和逻辑分析方法,对中国足球使用归化球员可能产生的一系列问题进行思考。得出:中国必须遵守我国的法律以及国际法和国际体育组织对国籍转换要求的前提下进行球员归化;要利用归化球员缩小与世界强队的差距;加入归化运动员是一把双刃剑,在短期内将对改善我们的成绩产生积极作用。但对我们本土球员的培养以及青训的发展似乎还有消极影响。因此扩展“选人”体制,改革“引人”条件,颁布“留人”政策是中国足球未来归化之路的三条路径。而我们的困难主要表现在政策法规约束以及文化差异跨度方面。

This article uses literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods to consider a series of problems that may arise from the use of naturalized players in Chinese football.It is concluded that China must abide by domestic and international laws and international sports organizations on the premise of nationality conversion to naturalize players,and use naturalized players to narrow the gap with the world powerhouse.Naturalization is a double-edged sword,which will have a positive effect on improving our performance in a short period,while it seems to have a negative impact on the cultivation of our local players and the development of youth.Therefore,expanding the“talent selecting”system,reforming the“leading”conditions,and promulgating the“retaining”policy are the three paths for the future naturalization of Chinese football.Our difficulties are mainly reflected in the constraints of policies and regulations and the span of cultural differences.
