经腹及经直肠超声在诊断前列腺癌中的对比性研究

Comparative study of transabdominal and transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer

目的:通过对比性研究探讨应用经直肠超声检查诊断前列腺癌的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析了我院临床上经超声(经腹壁和经直肠两种)检查怀疑前列腺癌,后经病理证实的68例前列腺癌患者,进行对比性研究,以此探讨两种方法在的诊断前列腺癌中的优劣。结果:经腹壁组临床检出率为53.33%,经直肠组为81.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过经直肠超声检查在前列腺癌临床检查中具有更好的检查效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of transrectal ultrasound in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods:Aretrospective analysis was performed on 68 patients with prostate cancer suspected by ultrasonography(including abdominal wall and rectum)and confirmed by surgery in our hospital,so as to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Results:The clinical detection rate was 53.33%in the transabdominal wall group and 81.58%in the transrectal group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Transabdominal sonography(TRANSrectal sonography)has been shown to be more effective in the clinical examination of prostate cancer.
