早期体位活动联合低分子肝素治疗妊娠期深静脉血栓形成效果及D-二聚体水平的影响

Effect of early postural activity combined with low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis during pregnancy and the influence of D-dimer level

目的:探讨早期体位活动联合低分子肝素治疗妊娠期深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法:选取83例妊娠期深静脉血栓形成患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组41例和观察组42例。对照组患者进行小剂量阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗,观察组患者进行低分子肝素联合早期体位活动治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果及D-二聚体水平变化。结果:治疗后观察组患者的凝血酶原时间为(12.34±0.73)s,高于对照组患者的(11.88±0.82)s(P<0.05);观察组患者的下肢肿胀消失时间为(7.84±2.26)d,短于对照组患者的(11.62±3.15)d(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均治疗时间、D-二聚体水平、血小板计数、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期体位活动联合低分子肝素应用于妊娠期DVT患者,能够改善患者临床症状、体征及凝血功能,提高临床疗效,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early postural activity combined with low-molecular-weight heparin in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in pregnancy.Methods:83 cases of deep venous thrombosis in pregnancy were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=42).Patients in control group were treated with low-dose aspirin combined with low-molecular-weight heparin,while patients in observation group were treated with low-molecular-weight heparin combined with early postural activity therapy.Results:After treatment,prothrombin time of the observation group was(12.34±0.73)s,which was higher than that of the control group(11.88±0.82)s(P<0.05);the swelling disappearance time of lower limbs in the observation group was(7.84±2.26)d,which was shorter than(11.62±3.15)d of the control group(P<0.05);the average treatment time,D-dimer level,platelet count and complications rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(11.88±0.82)s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postural activity combined with low-molecular-weight heparin can improve the clinical symptoms,signs and coagulation function,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
