该研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较法等研究方法,对高等综合学校体育专业训练队成立无偿保健服务队的可行性进行调查分析,让具有一定理论知识和实践能力的成员在有一定时间保证的前提下对运动人员进行运动后康复,旨在让运动员在大运动量训练后能够加速身体的恢复,以便更好地投入到后续的训练、比赛和学习当中。

This research uses the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,comparison and other research methods,higher comprehensive school sports professional training in colleges and universities set up free health service investigation and analysis,the feasibility to have certain theoretical knowledge and practical ability in a certain time guarantee under the premise of the members of the personnel of sports rehabilitation after sports,designed to allow athletes after the great physiological load of exercise training can accelerate the recovery of the body,in order to better into the team training,as well as the study in the future.
