摘要 我国教育体制改革以来,国家较为重视学生综合素养的发展,并且在此基础上重视身体素质的发展。其中,篮球运动具有较强的对抗性、功防转换快等特点,此运动的主要核心力量区域一般情况下是肩颈到盆骨的躯干部位,在力量传递与稳定支持方面开展核心力量训练,不但能够提升学生力量传递效率与技术动作稳定性,而且还可增强学生自身的对抗能力。 Since the reform of education system in our countr y,the state has paid more attention to the development of students'comprehensive quality and the development of physical quality.Among them,basketball has the characteristics of strong antagonism and quick conversion of work and defense.The main core strength area of this movement is from the shoulder and neck to the trunk of the pelvis.To carry out core strength training in the aspects of power transfer and stable support can not only improve the efficiency of power transfer and the stability of technical movements of students,but also enhance their own ability to fight.
