体能主导类快速力量性项群专项技能训练与专项竞赛时间的控制对教学效果的影响研究

摘要 该文通过文献资料法、数理统计法对高中阶段田径教学策略进行分析,对近5年来的优质课参赛作品中关于快速力量性项群教学项目的课堂构成进行分析,运用实验法对体能主导类快速力量性课堂教学中的专项技能训练时间与专项竞赛时间的比例进行控制,实验表明:增加教学比赛时间可以提高快速力量性项群项目的教学效果,同时可以培养学生的学习兴趣。 T his paper analyzes the teaching strategies of track and field in senior middle school by using the methods of literature and statistics,and analyzes the classroom structure of the fast-power event-group teaching project of the high-quality course entries in recent five years,using the experimental method to control the proportion between the time of special skill training and the time of special competition in the class teaching of the fast strength of the physical ability leading class,the experiment shows that increasing the teaching competition time can improve the teaching effect of the fast strength item group and cultivate the students'interest in learning.
