大学体育教学中人文精神的培养路径探索

体育课程是大学课程的一个非常重要的组成部分,大学生通过学习大学体育这门课程可以为其他课程的学习提供一个良好的身体基础。随着素质教育和新课程改革的提出与不断推进,大学体育教师对自身的教学理念与教学方式进行了一定程度上的革新,但是仍然存在许多问题与不足。当今国际竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,这就需要高校培养出德、智、体全面发展的高素质、应用型人才,以此来有力推动经济、社会全面发展。然而,就我国大学体育教学现状来看,人文精神培养依然存在较大问题。该文就如何在大学体育教学中培养学生的人文精神提出了一些针对性建议,希望能够为相关学者的研究提供一定的基础,同时也希望能够促进我国大学体育教育事业的健康、稳步发展。

Physical education course is a very important part of college courses.College students can provide a good physical foundation for the study of other courses by studying physical education course.With the development of quality-oriented education and new curriculum reform,physical education teachers in universities have reformed their teaching ideas and methods to some extent,but there are still many problems and deficiencies.Today's international competition is,in the final analysis,the competition of talents,which requires colleges and universities to train high-quality and applied talents with moral,intellectual and physical abilities in an all-round way,so as to effectively promote the all-round development of economy and society.However,in view of the current situation of college physical education in China,the cultivation of humanistic spirit still has big problems.This paper puts forward some targeted suggestions on how to cultivate students'humanistic spirit in college physical education,hoping to provide a certain basis for the research of relevant scholars and promote the healthy and steady development of college physical education in China.
