治理理论视域下区域休闲体育管理的实证考察

An Empirical Study of Regional Leisure Sports Management from the Perspective of Governance Theory

伴随人们生活方式正朝着休闲、健康的方向转变,休闲体育产业面临新的发展契机。休闲体育产业作为朝阳产业,在快速发展的同时也暴露出一定的不足。该文通过治理理论视角下对区域体育休闲管理进行实证考察,以上海市区域休闲体育管理为考察对象,以文献法、调查法开展深度研究,在实证考察下建立共同“治理”的格局,让区域休闲体育管理更有效,实现管理机制的有效创新。

With the change of people's lifestyle towards leisure and health,leisure sports industry is facing new development opportunities.Leisure sports industry,as a sunrise industry,has exposed some shortcomings while developing rapidly.From the perspective of governance theory,this paper makes an empirical study on regional sports leisure management,taking Shanghai regional leisure sports management as the research object,carr ying out in-depth research with the methods of literature and investigation,and establishing a common"gover nance"patter n under the empirical study,so as to make the regional leisure spor ts management more effective and realize the effective innovation of management mechanism.
