高校高水平男子篮球与足球运动员身体机能的比较研究——以江西师范大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 该文通过对高校高水平的11名篮球运动员和13名足球运动员进行身体机体状况的比较分析,找到两种项目运动员的身体特点和差异,为这两个项目的运动训练提供理论和实验依据,同时也为阶段性训练监控评价提供科学依据。研究显示:篮球运动员身高、体重高于足球运动员。篮球运动员的双手握力高于足球运动员,主要表现在左手握力上。在肺活量方面,篮球运动员肺活量高于足球运动员,而肺活量体重指数上足球运动员占有一定优势。在血氧指标上,足球运动员血红蛋白略高于篮球运动员,篮球运动员与足球运动员的血氧饱和度、灌流指数没有差异。篮球运动员静息心率和最大心率较足球运动员低。篮球运动员的绝对和相对摄氧量都高于足球运动员。这些研究结果一定程度上帮助了解了两种球类运动员的身体机能状况,为合理地安排训练计划、训练强度及训练监控提供有效的参考指标。 Based on the comparative analysis of the physical condition of 11 high-level basketball players and 13 football players in colleges and universities,this paper finds out the physical characteristics and differences of the two kinds of athletes,which provides theoretical and experimental basis for the sports training of the two items,as well as scientific basis for the stage training monitoring and evaluation.The research shows that the height and weight of basketball players are higher than that of football players.The grip strength of basketball players'hands is higher than that of football players,and the difference of grip strength of left hand is more obvious.In terms of vital capacity,the basketball players have higher vital capacity than the football players,and the vital capacity body mass index football players have a certain advantage.In terms of blood oxygen index,the hemoglobin of football players is slightly higher than that of basketball players,and the blood oxygen saturation and perfusion index of basketball players and football players are almost the same.The resting heart rate and maximum heart rate of basketball players are lower than those of football players.The absolute and relative oxygen uptake of basketball players are higher than that of football players.These results can help to understand the physical function of these two events,provide effective reference indicators for the reasonable arrangement of training plan,training intensity and training monitoring.
