摘要
随着排球运动的激烈性显著增加,对运动员的体能提出更高的要求,为了使排球运动员的体能得到有效锻炼,需要对其体能训练的特点和方法进行全面分析和研究。该文对高校排球运动员体能训练的特点和方法进行研究。此次研究对排球运动员体能训练特点和方法的重要性进行明确,从而使体能训练能够合理化的开展,进而为排球运动的健康发展提供基础保障。
With the significant increase of the intensity of volleyball,higher demands are put forward on athletes'physical fitness.In order to effectively exercise the physical fitness of volleyball players,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on the characteristics and methods of physical training.This paper studies the characteristics and methods of physical training for college volleyball players.This study makes clear the importance of the characteristics and methods of volleyball players'physical training,so that the physical training can be carried out reasonably,and then provide basic guarantee for the healthy development of volleyball.
