高校网球教学与训练问题及方法措施

网球运动自诞生以来,在其漫长的历史发展过程中形成了独特的文化内涵和深厚的文化底蕴。优雅高贵、彰显绅士风度的网球文化与礼仪对提高人的精神修养、规范行为和塑造价值观方面也有特别的作用。网球作为世界贵族运动之一,近年来它以其运动美、技术美不断受到大众喜爱,且参加网球运动能培养吃苦耐劳的意志和丰富业余生活。对于我国普通高校网球课程的现状,在网球教学与训练方面出现了一些问题。该文通过查阅书籍和高校网球发展的论文,提出解决问题的措施,推动高校网球发展。

Since its birth,tennis has formed its unique cultural connotation and profound cultural deposits in its long historical development process.Tennis culture and etiquette,which are elegant and noble and show gentlemen's manners,also play a special role in improving people's spiritual cultivation,standardizing behaviors and shaping values.Tennis,as one of the world's noble sports,in recent years it has been loved by the public with its sports beauty and technical beauty.Taking part in tennis can cultivate the will to bear hardships and stand hard work and enrich the amateur life.As for the current situation of tennis courses in colleges and universities in China,there are some problems in tennis teaching and training.This paper,by consulting books and papers on the development of college tennis,puts forward measures to solve the problems and promote the development of college tennis.
