摘要
在当今这个快节奏的时代,肥胖已经成为一个普遍存在的问题,因超重、肥胖引起的相关疾病发病率在全球范围内越来越高,那么减肥、减脂也就成为了热门话题。该文研究的目的是通过各种不同的运动训练方式对减脂的效果进行比较研究和机理的分析,为人们的减脂活动提供科学依据。该文的理论基础是各相关文献,即采用文献资料法。结果表明,各种运动都能改变体内各项指标的数值,达到减肥和减脂的目的。但是就减脂的效果而言,高强度间歇运动效果最好,阻力训练的减脂效果优于低氧运动和有氧运动,其中有氧运动减脂效果最差。
In this fast-paced era,obesity has become a common problem,because of overweight,obesity caused by the incidence of related diseases in the world is increasing,then weight loss,fat reduction has become a hot topic.The purpose of this paper is to compare the effect of lipid reduction and analyze the mechanism through various sports training methods.To provide scientific basis for everyone's lipid-reducing activities.The theoretical basis of this paper is the relevant literature,using the literature method.The results show that all kinds of exercise can change the values of various indexes in the body to achieve the purpose of reducing weight and fat.But in terms of the effect of fat reduction,high intensity intermittent exercise is the best,and the effect of resistance training is better than that of hypoxic exercise and aerobic exercise,among which aerobic exercise is the worst.
