摘要
该文综合使用实验研究、数据整理分析等方法,按照条件对10名参加过羽毛球运动的专业学生进行实验,实验时间期限设置为3个月。具体实验流程:6个点固定跑、投抛沙袋、一定时间内6个点变换跑。实验后,对学生的相关项目进行测试,测试数据与实验前进行平行比对,发现实验后学生的相关成绩有所提高。由此可见,羽毛球的专项强化练习可以提高学生的专业水平和运动灵敏度,结合运动强化训练对提高体育教学的水平和质量有一定的帮助。
By means of experimental research and mathematical statistics,this paper selected 10 badminton students with a certain found ation as the experiment a lsubjects to conduct a 3-month sen sitivity exper iment.The experimental content swere:6 fixed running in the field,th rowing and catch ing sandbags,six different points running in a certain period of time.After the experiment,related items of students were tested,and the test data were compared in parallel with those before the experiment,and it was found that the related scores of students were improved after the experiment.The results of the experiment showed that the students'scores in the post-test were significantly higher than those in the pre-test.It shows that badminton special physical training is very effective in improving the sensitivity of students,and intensifying training combined with sports is helpful to improve the level and quality of physical education.
