中职校开设武术器械教学的可行性探析

On the Feasibility of Setting up Martial Arts Equipment Teaching in Secondary Vocational School

武术作为中华民族特有的一项传统体育项目,历来受到人们的关注与青睐,更是学校体育教育中不可缺少的运动项目之一。在紧密结合中职校教育理念和学生身心特点的基础上,理论联系实际教学,对武术器械教学的价值、可行性进行分析,综合武术器械教学的培养目标进行思考,进而对构建武术器械教学的内容框架进行探析,旨在为丰富学校体育教学内容体系,传承民族传统体育文化,激发学生运动健身兴趣方面提供一定的启发。

Martial arts,as a unique traditional sports item of the Chinese nation,has always received people's attention and favor,and is one of the indispensable sports items in school physical education.On the basis of closely combining the educational concept of secondary vocational schools with the physical and mental characteristics of students,the theory is combined with the actual teaching,the value and feasibility of martial arts equipment teaching are analyzed,the training objectives of martial arts equipment teaching are comprehensively considered,and then the content framework of martial arts equipment teaching is analyzed,aiming to enrich the content system of school physical education teaching,inherit the traditional national sports culture,and stimulate students'interest in sports and fitness.
