河南省高校足球裁判员培养模式探析

Analysis on the Training Mode of College Football Referees in Henan Province

目前,在我国校园足球的影响下,各级别足球比赛数量急剧增加,裁判员数量明显不足,质量也得不到保障。因此,首先要解决裁判员数量的问题,然后再提高裁判员的质量。高校作为培养高素质人才的地方,其中大部分学生都符合裁判员初期选拔的条件。该文从高校培养学生裁判员的条件、学生裁判员的现状入手,对河南省各高校在培养足球裁判员的问题上进行分析和研究。

At present,under the inf luence of campus football in China,the number of football matches at all levels is increasing rapidly,the number of referees is obviously insuf ficient,and the quality is not guaranteed.Therefore,we should first solve the problem of the number of referees,and then improve the quality of referees.Colleges and universities as a place to cultivate high-quality talents,most of them meet the requirements of the initial selection of referees.This paper analyzes and studies the training of football referees in colleges and universities in Henan Province from the conditions of cultivating student referees and the current situation of student referees.
