独立学院体育课程“课内外一体化”教学模式研究——基于创新型人才培养模式研究

A Study on the Teaching Mode of"Integration of Inside and Outside Class"in Physical Education Courses in Independent Colleges——Based on the Research of Innovative Talent Training Model

该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,在全面了解独立学院体育课程教学现状的前提下,深入探讨创新人才模式下构建独立院校体育课程“课内外一体化”教学模式的可行性,提出以“课内运动技能教学”和“课外体育竞赛”为两翼的“课内外一体化”课程教学模式,并验证提出的体育课程“课内外一体化”教学模式的教学效果。以期为满足学生终身体育的多元化需要与参与需求,提高独立学院体育课程教学质量提供参考。

Using literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,on the premise of fully understanding the current situation of independent college sports curriculum teaching,in-depth discussion on the establishment of an independent college sports curriculum"intra and extracurricular integration"under the innovative talent model"the feasibility of the teaching model",proposed the"in-class and extra-curricular integration"curriculum teaching model with"in-class sports s kills teaching"a nd"extracurricular s ports competition"a s the two wings,a nd verified the teaching effect of the proposed"in-class and extra-curricular integration"teaching mode of physical education.It is expected to provide a reference to meet the diverse needs and participation needs of students in lifelong sports,and to improve the teaching quality ofindependent students'sports courses.
