中美青少年竞技体育人才培养体制分析

Analysis on Training System of Chinese and American Youth Competitive Sports Talents

该文采用文献资料法、比较研究法、逻辑分析法,主要从青少年竞技体育人才选材、经费输出、赛事组织结构、教练员组织团队等4个方面进行归纳对比分析。探讨比较中美分别在竞技体育人才培养模式上的差异性,指出我国目前在青少年竞技体育人才培养方面存在的不足之处,以及美国在青少年竞技体育人才培养方面的可借鉴之处,为我国今后青少年竞技体育人才培养提出宝贵意见。

This paper uses the methods of literature,comparative research and logical analysis,and mainly concludes and compares the select ion of young compet it ive sports talents,the out put of funds,the organization structure of competitions and the organization of coaches.This paper discusses and compares the differences between China and the United States in the training mode of competitive sports talents.Through comparative analysis and summary,it points out the shortcomings in the training of young competitive sports talents talents in China at present,and the points that the United States can learn from in the training of young competitive sports talents,so as to provide valuable suggestions for the training of young competitive sports talent in China in the future.
