输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果观察

Effect of Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy on Ureteral Calculi

目的观察输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床治疗效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年5月无锡市惠山区第二人民医院收治的72例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规体外冲击波进行治疗,观察组患者则应用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术进行治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组术中失血量、血尿时间、疼痛评分和住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有确切效果,具有手术时间短、疼痛程度轻的优势,患者术后恢复速度较快。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 72 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Huishan District from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional extracorporeal shock wave,and the observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,to compare the treatment effect.Results The intraoperative blood loss,hematuria time,pain score and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had a higher treatment efficiency than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy has a definite effect in the treatment of ureteral calculi.It has the advantages of short operation time and less pain,and the patient recovers quickly after surgery.
