锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的效果及对患者生活质量的影响评价

Effect of Locking Compression Plate in the Treatment of Limb Fractures and the Impact of Patients'Quality of Life

目的评价锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年6月苏州高新区人民医院骨科就诊的38例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间前后顺序分成对照组与观察组,每组19例,对照组接受石膏外固定和续断接骨汤治疗,观察组采取续断接骨汤+锁定加压钢板治疗,对比两组患者的生活质量、综合肢体功能康复水平等。结果治疗前两组患者的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义,治疗后均明显提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后的各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项综合功能康复水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上,在四肢骨折的治疗中,以中药对症治疗为基础,联合锁定加压钢板固定术治疗,不仅能改善患者生活质量,还能促进其四肢功能良好康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of locking compression plate on limb fracture and the quality of life of patients.Methods Totally 38 patients with limb fractures who attended the Department of Orthopedics,Suzhou High Tech District People’s Hospital from August 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission time,with 19 cases in each group.The control group received external plaster fixation with the treatment of Xuduan Jiegu Decoction,the observation group was treated with Xuduan Jiegu Decoction and locking compression plate treatment.The quality of life and comprehensive limb function rehabilitation level of the two groups were compared.Results Quality of life scores were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment and improved significantly after treatment(P<0.05);patients in the observation group had higher scores on all quality of life measures after treatment than those in the control group(P<0.05).All the comprehensive functional rehabilitation levels of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,in the treatment of limb fractures,based on the symptomatic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with locking compression plate fixation treatment can not only improve the quality of life,but also promote the rehabilitation of the limbs,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
