重度颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血的机制及治疗

Mechanism and Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Complicated with Stress Ulcer Hemorrhage

目的探讨重度颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡患者出血的机制,并分析患者的具体治疗方案。方法选取南通大学附属启东市人民医院2015年9月至2020年4月收治的68例重度颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血患者作为研究对象,分析患者基本资料,探讨重度颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血的机制以及治疗方案以保障患者的康复。结果在治疗过程有4例患者发生死亡,死亡率为5.88%,其余患者在接受治疗后,病情均得到控制,临床病症得到改善。结论导致重度颅脑损伤并发应激性溃疡出血的机制较多,多种因素均有可能导致应激性溃疡的发生,建议医务人员通过科学治疗措施提高患者治疗总有效率,控制患者病情。

Objective To explore the mechanism of bleeding in patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer,and to analyze the specific treatment of patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer hemorrhage admitted to Qidong People's Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from September 2015 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The basic data of patients were analyzed,and the mechanism and treatment plan of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer hemorrhage were discussed to ensure the rehabilitation of patients.Results After the treatment,4 patients died,the mortality rate was 5.88%.The rest of the patients were treated with rehabilitation treatment,which could effectively control the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the patient's condition.Conclusion There are many mechanisms leading to severe brain injury complicated with stress ulcer bleeding,and many factors may lead to the occurrence of stress ulcer.It is recommended that medical staff improve the overall effective rate of patient treatment and control the condition of patients through scientific treatment measures.
