阿托伐他汀联合肠内营养治疗老年非酒精性脂肪肝伴代谢综合征的疗效观察

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Enteral Nutrition on Elderly Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Metabolic Syndrome

目的分析老年非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)伴代谢综合征(MS)患者接受阿托伐他汀联合肠内营养治疗的疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2020年8月昆山市锦溪人民医院收治的70例老年NAFLD伴MS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(行肠内营养治疗)与研究组(加用阿托伐他汀),每组35例。对组间营养指标、脂肪代谢指标、炎性因子、肝功能指标、治疗效果展开分析。结果组间营养指标在治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,组间肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、腰臀比(WHR)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组体质量指数(BMI)低于对照组(P<0.05);组间脂肪代谢指标、炎性因子、肝功能指标在治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组脂肪代谢指标、炎性因子、肝功能指标在治疗后优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果(91.43%)优于对照组(68.57%)(P<0.05)。结论对老年NAFLD伴MS患者进行阿托伐他汀+肠内营养治疗,既能改善其营养状态、血脂代谢、肝功能,也能减轻炎性反应,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of atorvastatin combined with enteral nutrition in elderly patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with NAFLD and MS admitted to Kunshan Jinxi People's Hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(treated with enteral nutrition)and study group(add atorvastatin),35 cases in each group.The nutritional indexes,fat metabolism indexes,inflammatory factors,liver function indexes and treatment effect were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in nutritional indexes between the groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in triceps skinfold thickness(TSF)and waist hip ratio(WHR)between the groups(P>0.05),but the body mass index(BMI)of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in fat metabolism indexes,inflammatory factors and liver function indexes between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).The indexes of fat metabolism,inflammatory factors and liver function in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the treatment effect of the study group(91.43%)was better than that of the control group(68.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with enteral nutrition can not only improve the nutritional status,blood lipid metabolism,liver function,but also reduce the inflammatory reaction in elderly patients with NAFLD and MS,which is worthy of promotion.
