利拉鲁肽联合重组甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病对患者肾功能及血清指标的影响

Effect of Liraglutide Combined with Recombinant Insulin Glargine on Renal Function and Serum Indexes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的研究利拉鲁肽联合重组甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者肾功能及血清指标的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2020年7月江苏省滨海县人民医院收治的46例T2DM患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,各23例,两组均应用重组甘精胰岛素治疗,联合组加用利拉鲁肽联合治疗。比较两组患者肾功能与血清指标。结果治疗后联合组β细胞功能指数高于对照组,血尿素氮、血肌酐、血清胱抑素C、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇与胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,且两组上述指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者应用利拉鲁肽联合重组甘精胰岛素治疗可有效改善肾功能,具有良好的降血糖、血脂效果,同时可促进胰岛细胞功能恢复。

Objective To study the effect of liraglutide combined with recombinant insulin glargine on renal function and serum indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 46 patients with T2DM admitted to Binhai People's Hospital from August 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group and the control group,23 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with recombinant insulin glycine,while the combined group was treated with lialurutide.Renal function and serum index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HOMA-βof the combined group was higher than that of the control group,BUN,Scr,CysC,FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC and HOMA-IR were all lower than the control group,and the above indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of T2DM patients with liraglutide combined with recombinant insulin glargine can effectively improve renal function,it has a good effect of lowering blood sugar and blood lipids,and can promote the recovery of islet cell function.
