腹部提压心肺复苏术对院前急救胸部创伤的效果

Effect of Abdominal Pressure Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on Pre Hospital Emergency Chest Trauma

目的探析在院前急救胸部创伤时配合腹部提压心肺复苏术的积极临床价值。方法选取2017年2月至2019年8月临沧市人民医院收治的16例胸部创伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均在院前急救时应用腹部提压心肺复苏术,对患者临床数据进行回顾性分析并归纳该急救手段的应用效果。结果所有患者在完成腹部提压心肺复苏术干预后各项体征数据检查提示进入到正常范围,无患者发生诸如反流、误吸以及腹腔脏器受损的情况。结论对于胸部创伤后出现心脏骤停患者应立即展开院前急救,期间配合腹部提压心肺复苏术对于患者尽快恢复到正常的血气及体征等有积极意义,有助于进一步提升急救质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the positive clinical value of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)with abdominal pressure in pre hospital emergency chest trauma.Methods A total of 16 patients with chest trauma admitted to Lincang People's Hospital from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were applied with abdominal pressure cardiopulmonary resuscitation in pre hospital emergency.The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and the application effect of the first aid method was summarized.Results After the completion of abdominal pressure cardiopulmonary resuscitation,all the physical sign data of patients entered the normal range.No patients had reflux,aspiration and abdominal organ damage.Conclusion For patients with cardiac arrest after chest trauma,pre hospital first aid should be carried out immediately.During this period,with the help of abdominal pressure cardiopulmonary resuscitation,it has positive significance for patients to recover to normal blood gas and physical signs as soon as possible,which is helpful to further improve the quality of emergency treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
