Shenzhen prison is making the first demonstration for the new round of China’s prison reform,and becoming the benchmark of socialist penalty execution system civilization,which are of great significance.Taking the reform of Shenzhen Prison as a sample,China prison reform has four dimensions:first,giving priority to the construction of socialist demonstration prison with Chinese characteristics;second,fully supporting Shenzhen prison in innovation and being a pioneer;third,making the prison punishment and correction of higher quality,fairer,more efficient and more distinctive;fourth,playing a demonstrating and leading role in the modernization of management system and management ability of the socialist prison with Chinese characteristic.
