摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,时代对企业的运营管理提出了新要求,即要求企业的管理更加精细化。企业文化建设作为企业管理的重要组成部分,对企业管理的促进作用十分显著。企业在日常管理工作中会发现许多问题,而这些问题会导致企业的软实力下降。为了进一步提升企业管理的效能,加强企业文化建设势在必行。论文针对企业管理中存在的问题进行阐述,并且说明企业文化建设对于解决该类问题的重要性,以期通过加强企业文化建设促进企业管理水平提升。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the times puts forward new requirements for enterprises'operation and management,that is,to require more refined management of enterprises.As an important part of enterprise management,enterprise culture construction plays a significant role in promoting enterprise management.Many problems will be found in the daily management work of enterprises,which will lead to the decline of soft power of enterprises.In order to further improve the effectiveness of enterprise management,it is imperative to strengthen the enterprise culture construction.This paper expounds the problems existing in enterprise management,and explains the importance of enterprise culture construction to solve these problems,so as to promote the improvement of enterprise management level by strengthening the enterprise culture construction.
